How to wear climbing rigging correctly

The climbing rigging safety belt for high-altitude operation is the personal protective equipment used by the operators for fall maintenance. The main function is to prevent the workers from falling at high places, or to hang the workers safely after falling, so as to protect them from damage. Will not slip out of the seat belt. When working at high altitudes, wearing a full-body safety belt is a very important task. Correctly wearing a full-body safety belt can greatly reduce the risk of the operator.
The first step of viewing the climbing rigging is to grasp the D-ring buckle of the back cushion of the seat belt to ensure that the webbing is not looped together. Slide the seat belt over your arm to your shoulders. Ensure that all webbing is not tangled and hang freely. The shoulder straps must be kept straight and not close to the center of the body. Grasp the leg straps and connect them to the buckles on the webbing on either side of the hips. Thread the remaining length of the webbing into the adjusting ring. Connect the chest straps together with the put-on buckle. The chest strap must be 15 cm below the shoulder. The remaining length of the webbing is threaded into the adjusting ring. Adjust the webbing of the whole body from the shoulder to ensure that the height of the leg webbing is just below the buttocks, and the D-ring on the back is located between the shoulder blades. Then adjust the leg webbing, try to do a single-leg stretch and squat, adjust and use the same length of the leg webbing on both sides. The chest webbing should be inserted in the center of the chest, and it should be separated from the bottom of the sternum about 3 hand-width intervals. A properly worn and adjusted full-body safety belt can effectively decompose the impact force to the whole body, and provide certain suspension support and fall rescue. The length of the safety rope is limited to 1.5~2.0m, and a buffer should be added when using a rope longer than 3m. It is not allowed to tie the rope to use, nor to hang the hook directly on the safety rope for use. It should be hung on the connecting ring for use.
The various parts of the climbing rigging safety belt shall not be dismantled arbitrarily, and sampling inspection shall be carried out once more than 2 years after operation. Suspended seat belts should be subjected to an impact test and a free drop test with a weight of 100 kg. If not damaged, the batch of seat belts can be used continuously. Frequently used ropes should be inspected frequently. When abnormalities are found, they should be discarded in advance. Newly used seat belts must have a product inspection certificate, and they are not allowed to be used without a certificate.
