The pulley is supported on the mandrel connection sleeve by two support bearings. A ratchet mechanism is installed between the pulley and the mandrel connection sleeve. The ratchet mechanism includes a fixed ratchet sleeve, a movable ratchet sleeve, A spring and a spring seat bowl, the end faces of the fixed ratchet sleeve and the movable ratchet sleeve are provided with matching ratchet teeth, the fixed ratchet sleeve is fixed on the inner wall of the pulley, and the movable ratchet sleeve is axial Slide fit on the mandrel connection sleeve, the spring seat bowl is fixed on the outside of the movable ratchet sleeve, the spring is installed between the movable ratchet sleeve and the spring seat bowl, on the spring.

 

Under the action of thrust, the movable ratchet sleeve and the fixed ratchet sleeve are in a meshed state, and the movable ratchet sleeve is installed on the mandrel connection sleeve by splines. The ratchet mechanism is located on the outer wall of the pulley between the two bearing bearings and is provided with an anti-step step. The technical effect of the present invention is that a flat meshing ratchet mechanism is installed between the pulley and the mandrel connection sleeve. The torque is transmitted when the pulley rotates in the forward direction without slipping friction; the ratchet teeth disengage themselves when the pulley is overrun, and there is a slight friction on the two ends of the ratchet. Basically, no heat is generated, which can effectively increase the service life of the unidirectional pulley.
